Writing during the past weekend was a bit difficult, so I’m a little behind on a few things. Most notably, this article! But let’s get started, shall we? After a rather hectic last few weeks of March, we’re moving into another fairly quiet month.
On the gaming side, there are a couple of Vita titles I’m interested in, with both Conception II: Children of the Seven Stars and Demon Gaze coming out to enhance the Vita’s rather impressive JRPG library. Additionally, right at the end of the month we’ll be seeing Child of Light, Ubisoft’s unique RPG come out for every major console. So those three I intend to tackle, but aside from them I’m planning to just use this month for catchup. I’ve yet to discuss Diablo 3’s expansion, Strider, or the FFX/X-2 HD collection so I’m hoping to tackle all 3 of those – time permitting.
On an anime front, I’ve just posted my review of Kill la Kill, so I’ll be moving on to a few other titles I’ve been slowly but surely watching. Nobunaga the Fool, Z/X Ignition, Galilei Donna, Wizard Barristers and Nagi no Asukara (Nagi-Asu: A Lull in the Sea) are all on that list, so hopefully I can get to writing about at least some of them over the next month.
As far as local events go, there is one event that I may attend. It’s happening this coming Sunday here in St James, and it’s dedicated to classic gaming. I don’t know whether I’ll be able to make it or not at this time, but I am interested in attending it. For those interested, the event is called Retro Gamers Unite.
